Site Security
Cambridgeshire Philatelic Auctions
use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an advanced internet security system,
to protect the data you provide. This means that all your bid information
(including your name, address and credit card number) will be encrypted
or jumbled up while it is in transit. Most browsers support SSL.
If you are not sure whether your browser does, please check with
your internet service provider for details.

This area is secure. If your browser does
not indicate this by a closed padlock in the staus bar whether the
page is secure, follow one of these options:
1. Internet Explorer
Right-click on the page and view the properties. The system will
show you that SSL is active and the page is encrypted.
2. Netscape Navigator
Select View-Page Info. There are HTML pages which begin with HTTPS
- the S indicates SECURE. Click on this page and Netscape will detail
the SSL details.
