Terms & Conditions of Payment

Please note prompt payment is requested, upon receipt of goods or pro forma invoice.

Any invoices not paid after 30 days will incur a late payment charge of 2% per month (i.e. 24% per annum)

Payment can be made by any of the following:-

CASH, CHEQUE, CREDIT CARD or GIRO

CASH - On the auction day or at the shop (please note we do not recommend cash being sent through the post, we cannot be held responsible should it go missing)

CHEQUE - On the day or by post.
A fee of £20 will be charged for any cheques not honoured by our bank.

CREDIT CARDS - We accept VISA / MASTERCARD & SWITCH only. If you wish to pay by this method, please fill in the relevant section on the bid form.
WE DO NOT CHARGE A SUPPLEMENT FOR PAYING BY CREDIT CARD.

OVERSEAS BUYERS
Payment should be made in £ Sterling. If payment is made in any other currency an additional fee of £10 must be added due to bank negotiation charges.
Any invoice not paid within 6 weeks will be sent to the "Credit Protection Agency" who will act on our behalf to reclaim the debt plus expenses.
